Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support our live sports operations team. This role will provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and logistical support to help ensure the team is prepared, organized, and operating efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This position requires a strong communicator with a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and the ability to support multiple operational needs at once.
General Duties/Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist management by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and filing important documents.

Operations Support: Support daily operations by coordinating schedules, tracking requests, gathering information, maintaining event visibility, and providing reporting and status updates to help ensure the team is prepared for live events, testing, meetings, and partner communications.

Process Improvement: Review current company operations and suggest areas where productivity and efficiency can be enhanced.

Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and order office supplies, event gear, large event catering or necessary equipment while staying within budget.

Liaison & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal staff, external vendors, and customers.

General: Maintain Operations space, stock kitchen supplies, keep spaces tidy, prep for VIP visits.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior success in an administrative role or customer service role
- Communication: Polished verbal and written skills; ability to represent the company professionally.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Technical: Competency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Performance: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: A consistent, positive presence and a proactive "can-do" work ethic.

On-site in the Denver area
Salary:
55-65k
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and necessitates onsite attendance.
