Save the date for our annual MEGA MIXER on Thursday, August 27th!
This is an opportunity for your member business or organization to table, network, and connect while showcasing what it is that you do.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Every member who registers will have space for their own 6' table (you must bring your own).
- Want to stand out? Become a Featured Member for just $25—you’ll get mic time to address the crowd and have your raffle prize announced live.
- All members who apply by August 7th will be listed in the event map and handout given to attendees.
- This is NOT a vendor event - but it is a hybrid event in this new format, and you can bring items to sell if you desire, but the focus should be on networking, connections, and information!
- Participants must be current members of the McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce.
- Participating businesses and organizations must provide one raffle prize.
McKinleyville Activity Center will be open for set up from 3-4:30 pm. Participating members must be set up and ready by 4:30 pm
Registrations due by August 7th. First come, first served - Registrations will be accepted until all spaces are filled.
The event is indoors, so no pop-up tents are needed. Be sure to bring your table, a tablecloth, your creative setup, and a raffle prize.
