Growing Your Nest Birth Class Registration Form for January 9th

Fill out the form carefully for registration
Class will be held at:1034 McArthur St. Manchester, TN 37355 Saturday January 9th (Save an alternate date of January 16th in case I get called to a birth). We will meet from 9:00-12:00. The cost for class is $50 and is due at resistration. A full refund will be given with a 24 hour notice of cancelation.

Dress comfy, bring your birth ball, drink/snacks for yourselves, and any baby gear you want demonstrated: car seat, infant wraps, breast pump, etc,
