Growing Your Nest Birth Class Registration Form

Fill out the form carefully for registration
Class will be held at Amani Women's Health Center at: 106 Westside Dr. Tullahoma, Tn 37388. We will meet from 9:00-12:00 for the birth portion, break for lunch from 12:00-1:00, and finish with postpartum and newborn care from 1:00-3:00. The cost for class is $100 and is due at resistration. A full refund will be given with a 24 hour notice of cancelation.

Dress comfy, bring your birth ball, drink/snacks for yourselves, and any baby gear you want demonstrated: car seat, infant wraps, breast pump, etc,
