Parent Financial Agreement

I/We agree to pay all registration fees assessed for the 2026-2027 academic school year. I/We understand that this is a one-time fee and is non-refundable.

This letter is to serve as a written commitment between the parent and La Core Christian Elementary, School of the Arts. Parent/Guardian understands the student’s registration fee must be paid prior to the students start date, and at the very latest, at the start of the first day of school.

Registration fee is $185 for 1 student, $285 for multi-student registration.

The registration fee includes diagnostic testing, standardized testing, and student management software.

Acepto/Aceptamos pagar todas las cuotas de inscripción establecidas para el año escolar 2026-2027. Entiendo/Entendemos que se trata de un pago único y no reembolsable.

Esta carta constituye un compromiso por escrito entre el padre o madre y La Core Christian Elementary, School of the Arts. El padre, madre o tutor comprende que la cuota de inscripción del estudiante debe abonarse antes de la fecha de inicio de clases y, a más tardar, al comenzar el primer día de escuela.

La cuota de inscripción es de $185 para un estudiante y de $285 para inscripciones de varios estudiantes.

La cuota incluye las pruebas de diagnóstico, las pruebas estandarizadas y el software de gestión estudiantil.

If my child participates in Step Up for Students (SUFS), I understand as a parent that it is my responsibility to login and approve payment immediately upon step up’s email notification. I agree to approve each disbursement within five (5) calendar days.

I accept responsibility for damaged property and articles belonging to La Core Christian Elementary School of the Arts, including but not limited to textbooks, equipment, school materials.

I understand that all textbooks and computer software are the sole property of La Core Christian Elementary

School of the Arts. I have read and fully agree with the above terms.

Si mi hijo participa en el programa Step Up for Students (SUFS), entiendo como padre o madre que es mi responsabilidad iniciar sesión y aprobar el pago inmediatamente después de recibir la notificación por correo electrónico de Step Up. Me comprometo a aprobar cada desembolso en un plazo de cinco (5) días naturales.

Asumo la responsabilidad por cualquier daño a la propiedad y a los artículos pertenecientes a La Core Christian Elementary School of the Arts, incluyendo, entre otros, libros de texto, equipos y materiales escolares.

Entiendo que todos los libros de texto y programas informáticos son propiedad exclusiva de La Core Christian Elementary School of the Arts. He leído y acepto plenamente los términos anteriores.
