Black Women’s Wealth Alliance is prioritizing review and enrollment support for the next 30 qualified applicants who submit by June 30, 2026. Applications remain open after June 30 as space, funding, and program capacity allow. Applications are
reviewed for eligibility, readiness, pathway fit, and available capacity. Submission does not guarantee enrollment.
This is one application for two sponsored pathways. You must select one primary pathway. If you are uncertain, choose “I need help deciding.” BWWA may recommend the pathway and funding route that best aligns with your current position, eligibility, and goals.
HIVE PATHWAYS™ — CAREER REPOSITIONING & WORKFORCE ADVANCEMENT
For people who are unemployed, underemployed, recently laid off, working below their skill level, preparing for a career transition, or seeking stronger professional and self-employment systems. Hive strengthens how participants earn, position their experience, use technology and AI, activate networks, and build a one-year Career Agency Plan.
CAREER TO OWNERSHIP INSTITUTE™ — ECONOMIC AGENCY & OWNERSHIP STRATEGY
For established professionals with meaningful active income and established, revenue-generating business owners ready to direct income, experience, business activity, and resources toward resilience, assets, ownership, and a three-year economic strategy.
Black Women’s Wealth Alliance was founded by and centers the economic realities and leadership of Black women. These opportunities welcome eligible applicants of all backgrounds. Selection is based on applicable program requirements, funding
eligibility, readiness, pathway fit, and available capacity.
This is a detailed enrollment application—not a simple interest form. Your responses help BWWA assess pathway fit, determine funding eligibility, prepare your initial assessment, begin your Individual Employment Plan, or one-year economic agency plan, and prepare required enrollment records.
Some applicants enrolling through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) must provide valid identification and Social Security documentation before enrollment can be completed in the state workforce
system. You may upload those documents securely with this application or bring the originals to your enrollment appointment for copying and verification.
Before beginning, gather your identification and Social Security documentation, work and education history, household and income information, business information if applicable, and enough uninterrupted time to reflect on your goals. Add a tested completion-time estimate after the form has been completed on a phone by at least three test users.
