This is the official form to submit position papers.
Position papers must be submitted by July 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST to receive feedback. If submitted for feedback, position papers do NOT need to resubmitted.
To be eligible for awards, delegates must submit position papers by the beginning of the first committee session at 1:30 PM BRT on August 14, 2026. There are no exceptions.
Position papers must be submitted as Google Doc LINKS. Before submitting, you must ensure your Google Doc has sharing settings that allow ANYONE WITH THE LINK to EDIT.
To do this, please go to Share --> General Access and select "Anyone with the link" and "Editor." After you complete this, it should look like this:
Your position paper MUST have these settings to be considered for awards.
