    This event serves a health-conscious audience, and the City may reserve one vendor space for a wellness-focused concept such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, high-protein, fresh, or other specialty dietary offerings.

    Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Exact address will be shared with confirmed vendors.

    Date: Nov 21st, 2026

    Time: 1 pm - 10 pm

    Vendor Fee: 15%

    Deposit: A $75 non-refundable deposit will be required from approved vendors to confirm participation. Vendor spaces are not reserved until the deposit has been received.

    • Food Truck Next reserves the right to maintain a waitlist and replace vendors who cancel, fail to respond, or fail to complete required documentation.
    • Menu offerings submitted in this application may be considered during vendor selection.
    • Vendors are expected to honor the menu and pricing submitted in their application unless otherwise approved.
    • Additional event requirements, permits, insurance, licenses, or operational documents may be required prior to participation.
    • Event details, requirements, and participation terms may change as planning progresses.
