Vendor Event Information
Welcome! We are excited to host you at our annual Catholic Homeschool Books Sale and Vendor Event!
Our Lady of Grace Used Book Sale and Vendor Event will be held Saturday, 18 July 2026, at St. Monica Hall on the St. Joseph Church property, located at 2811 Poole Road in Raleigh.
Cost to reserve a booth is $30 per space.
For our vendors we offer one (1) or two (2) 10' x 10' booth spaces with one (1) table and two (2) chairs per space. You will be in the Hall alongside our Used Book Sale this year. Electricity is available if you need it. This event is geared towards Catholic Homeschool Families and their needs.
Vendors are welcome to begin set up starting at 10a on Saturday. The event runs from 1p - 4p, with time for clean up after 4p. Please know we will be accepting materials for our used book sale at that time as well, and ask that you come in the side door of the hall (signs will direct you) along with our consigners. Please be gracious with time and space because of this. We are all working to create an event families will want to participate in and attend. These are your customers.
We will be putting together attendance bags for our guests. If you have business cards, flyers, etc you would like us to include we will need these in advance of the event. More information will be sent directly to you once you register.
Vendors may NOT SELL any live animals, nor any drinks or food items that are intended for on-site consumption. All food items must be individually wrapped or multiple items packaged in sealed packaging. No yard sale items.
The Organizers may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products or duplication of a vendor’s products. We reserve the right to reject any application. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all sales tax.
Confirmation: Vendor confirmation will be provided by email, a wait list notification will also be provided by email.
Cancellation Policy: Once applied, you MUST notify us if you must cancel for any reason so we may offer your space to the next vendor on our wait list.
No refunds will be issued this year for cancellation as we are only weeks away from the event.
