FAQs:
I. Shipping via Courier
1. Where are you located and are shipping from? Makati City, Metro Manila
2. When will you ship my orders? Shipping starts by Week of July 12. Please note that ship out time may take longer on some occasions (due to work, etc).
3. Where's my tracking number? You can check the Masterlist that will be emailed with your order confirmation. Can't see your tracking number? Please send us a DM via X.
II. Shipping via Same Day Delivery
1. Can I book? Yes you can book. We can also book for you. The team will just message you when your order is ready for pick up.
2. What's your location? Legazpi St., Makati City, Metro Manila
3. Please do not book without our go signal.
4. Can I use a courier other than Lalamove? Yes you can but you need to wait for my go signal before booking.
Terms & Conditions:
1. If you are combining shipments with other people/friends, please make a group chat with all involved people so we can confirm that combining is authorized by everyone.
2. Combined shipment is not allowed if you already answered the shipping form for previous item/s as those items are already packed & awaiting courier pick up.
3. We highly suggest you take an unboxing video when you open your package. This video should capture the sealed item with the waybill still intact.
4. Please follow the correct area to avoid delays. If you do not choose the correct are, we will not remind you to pay for the correct amount until all other packages are shipped.
5. Except for Lalamove, the shipping fee needs to be paid already. Please upload the proof of payment in the form to avoid delays. NO COD.
6. We cannot keep your item for too long. Failure to answer the form or have your item shipped out by August 15 will be subject to item disposal. No refund will be given.
