By registering my child for the SMA Confidence Tour, I acknowledge that participation in physical activities such as modeling, acting, and movement exercises carries some inherent risk. I release and hold harmless the School of Modeling & Acting (SMA), its staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during the workshop. I understand that SMA staff will maintain a safe, supervised environment at all times
