• Skills & Labor

As a member of the Equine Culture Program, you'll play an active role in helping our community thrive. Every member is required to contribute their time, skills, and talents in ways that support the program. Contributions can include hands-on tasks around the barn, such as cleaning tack, organizing the office, preparing fly spray, or helping with general upkeep. If you have professional skills, there are opportunities to contribute those as well, whether that's creating marketing materials, organizing administrative systems, carpentry, photography, graphic design, or other areas of expertise. These shared contributions help keep the program running while creating opportunities for members to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and connect with people who share similar interests and professional backgrounds.
  • BEFORE CONTINUING PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

As we build this community, we want to get to know each member and understand what you hope to gain from the program. To join the program, all prospective members are required to complete an interview, either by phone or, preferably, in person. This conversation helps ensure that the program is a great fit for both you and our community. Please select the interview format and date that works best for you.
