Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
I understand that participation in the Chatfield Run & Paddle event on September 19, 2026 involves inherent risks, including running, paddleboarding, water activities, weather conditions, slips, falls, collisions, drowning, serious injury, illness, property damage, and death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless Fitlife Certified, Chatfield Run & Paddle, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Chatfield State Park, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and their representatives from any and all claims arising from my participation.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and understand that I am responsible for my own medical and accident insurance coverage.
I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
I understand that if I rent equipment from Colorado Water Sports, I may be required to complete a separate rental waiver.
