  • EVENT HALL LEASE AGREEMENT

  • This rental agreement made on {date} between the Lions Club of Jefferson Township, Inc., herein known as the Lessor, and {fullName} herein known as the Lessee, is made under the rules and conditions set forth below:

  • RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR THE LESSEE TO ABIDE BY:

  • 1. A security deposit of $100 is required to secure the rental date. This amount will be held until after the rental as a security deposit against damage, theft and proper cleaning of facilities.

    The full rental amount (not including security deposit) is due two weeks before the rental date.

  • 2. Payments can be made by Cash, Check or online by debit/credit card or Apple Pay.

    PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE "JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP LIONS CLUB."

     

  • 3. Security deposits will be refunded to the Lessee upon inspection by the Lessor, upon our satisfaction that the premises and equipment have been cleaned and have not been damaged, removed, or otherwise mutilated. Lessee shall be responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism or cleaning fees more than the deposit amount paid.

  • 4. It is the responsibility of the Lessee to clean the facility including vacuuming and mopping as needed. All trash must be removed from the premises.

  • 5. Decorations, streamers, etc., may not be attached to the ceilings or walls by tape, wire, or tacks. 

  • 6. The use of confetti/mylar cutouts/ glitter is prohibited. Using this type of decoration will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • 7. The Lessee will not hold the Lessor liable for missing, lost, or stolen articles of the Lessee. Any items left after the rental will be disposed of.

  • 8. Kitchen facilities usage includes microwave and refrigerator/freezer ONLY. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, an electric coffee maker, and deep fryers are not included. Range/oven can be used for an additional fee.

  • 9. Kitchen use by a caterer must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Insurance.

  • 10. Lessee will follow start-up and shut-down procedures posted in the kitchen.

  • AMENITITES INCLUDED IN HALL RENTAL:

  • -      Use of the indoor hall, indoor restrooms and kitchen facility to include a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and two sinks with sprayer attachment. Gas range/oven with overhead exhaust fan can be rented for an additional fee.

    -      Approximately 17 round and 17 rectangular tables and various small side tables.

    -      Approximately 160 folding steel chairs

    -      Stage

    -      Dance Floor

    -      3 TVs, only connected to WIFI

    -      Guest WIFI

    -      Large parking areas

    -      Heating (NO A/C)

    -      Use of outdoor pavilion and picnic tables

    -      Use of cleaning products and cleaning tools for cleaning the facility.

    -      Extra supplies as needed to replace or restock the facility such as trash bags, toilet paper and bathroom paper towels and soaps.

  • NOT INCLUDED IN HALL RENTAL:

  • -      Use of overhead projector

    -      Use of in-house speakers/microphone

    -      Use of any cookware, utensils or appliances not mentioned above in “amenities included section.”

  • I understand the rules that the Lessee must abide by and the amenities that are included with the rental. I also understand that the hall and premises are under 24-HR video surveillance.*

  • LESSEE: "I {fullName}, have read this agreement between myself and the Lions Club of Jefferson Township, Inc. I fully understand the stipulations mentioned herein. The Lions Club does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who attend this event."
