After our first Junior Pack Camp sold out, we're bringing it back for one more session this summer!

Join us July 14–15, 2026, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at Recreation Park for Junior Pack 2, an unforgettable two-day baseball experience where players ages 6–13 train alongside the legendary Healdsburg Prune Packers, six-time consecutive California State Champions and one of the premier summer collegiate baseball programs in the nation.

This is a rare opportunity for young athletes to learn directly from elite collegiate players, sharpen their skills, build confidence, make new friends, and spend two action-packed days on the same field as future professional baseball stars.

Each camper receives:

• Free admission to a Prune Packers game where campers will be recognized on the field

Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club – Camp Participation Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in all activities associated with the youth baseball camp organized by the Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

In consideration of the opportunity for my child to participate, I knowingly and voluntarily agree to fully release, waive, and hold harmless the Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to any injury, loss, damage, or harm to my child, including serious injury or death, that may occur while traveling to, participating in, or returning from the camp, regardless of whether such injury or harm is caused by negligence.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in sports, including baseball, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury such as fractures, sprains, concussions, paralysis, or death. I accept and assume all such risks on behalf of my child.

This waiver and hold harmless agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed below and that I have read and fully understand this release of liability and hold harmless agreement.

Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club – Medical Release and Authorization

As the parent and/or legal guardian of the named participant, I hereby authorize the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment by a licensed and qualified medical professional for my minor child in the event of a medical emergency. I understand this authorization applies in any situation where, in the judgment of the attending medical provider, immediate medical attention is deemed necessary to prevent serious harm, physical impairment, disfigurement, or other undue pain or suffering due to delay.

I grant permission to the attending physician to administer any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination, and/or immunizations deemed necessary for my child. In the case of a more serious emergency involving major surgery or significant accidental injury, I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me as quickly as possible. This authorization is given with the understanding that such efforts will be made prior to initiating major procedures whenever feasible.

I also authorize representatives of the Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club, including but not limited to directors, coaches, and volunteer team staff, to provide any necessary first aid or emergency care prior to my child’s admission to a licensed medical facility.

This release applies for the duration of the registered program, camp, or season and is granted voluntarily and knowingly for the purpose of ensuring appropriate emergency care for my child in my absence.

Photo and Video Release

By registering my child for participation in any Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club camp, program, or event, I hereby grant full permission to the Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to photograph, film, or otherwise record my child during program activities. I understand and agree that any such media may be used by the organization, without compensation, for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes across all forms of media, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and news coverage.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of my child’s image, voice, or likeness, and release the Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club and its representatives from any claims arising out of such use.

Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

Cancellations made on or before July 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations made between July 2 and July 7, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after July 8, 2026, or for no-shows.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@prunepackers.org.

The Healdsburg Prune Packers Baseball Club reserves the right to adjust camp dates or times if necessary due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a schedule change occurs and the revised date or time does not work for your family, you may request a full refund.

Confirmation

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE BELOW IS LEGALLY BINDING AND HAS THE SAME FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS A MANUAL SIGNATURE.
