Purpose: This form is for scholars who attended CGW during the previous school year, had an existing bus stop assignment, and plan to utilize school transportation during the upcomming school year. If you need to request a new bus stop or transportation service, please complete the New Transportation Request Form instead.
Parents, the deadline to confirm your existing bus stop for the 2026–2027 school year is Monday, July 20, 2026. Please submit all requests by this date to ensure transportation routes are finalized before the start of school.
