Terms and Conditions* This field is required.Adoption Terms & Conditions / गोद लेने की शर्तें एवं नियम By submitting this application, I understand and agree that: • The adopted animal will be treated as a family member and not for breeding, guarding, resale, or any commercial purpose. • I will provide proper food, clean drinking water, shelter, exercise, veterinary care, vaccinations, and humane treatment throughout the animal's life. • I understand that adopting an animal is a long-term commitment and responsibility that may extend for 10–15 years or more. • I will not abandon, sell, transfer, gift, or surrender the animal to another person, shelter, or organization without informing Rescue2Home. • I understand that Rescue2Home may conduct post-adoption follow-ups, request updates, photographs, videos, or home visits to ensure the animal's well-being. • Submission of this application does not guarantee adoption of the animal. Approval will be based on Rescue2Home's adoption criteria, home suitability assessment, and the best interests of the animal. • For animals rescued directly by Rescue2Home, the final adoption decision will be made by the Rescue2Home team. • For animals listed under rehoming cases, the final adoption decision will be made jointly by the Rescue2Home team and the current pet parent/guardian after reviewing the application and assessing adopter suitability. • Rescue2Home reserves the right to approve, reject, or place an application on hold if it believes the adoption may not be in the best interest of the animal. • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in this application may result in rejection of the adoption request. • I understand that Rescue2Home's primary responsibility is the safety, welfare, and long-term well-being of the animal. • Rescue2Home does not charge any fee for the adoption process. Adoption through Rescue2Home is completely free of cost. However, once the adoption is completed, the adopter will take full responsibility for all future expenses related to the animal, including food, vaccinations, routine veterinary care, medical treatment, grooming, boarding, sterilization (if not already completed), and any other costs associated with the animal's well-being. इस आवेदन पत्र को जमा करके, मैं समझता/समझती हूँ और सहमत हूँ कि: • गोद लिए गए जानवर को परिवार के सदस्य की तरह रखा जाएगा, न कि ब्रीडिंग, रखवाली, दोबारा बेचने या किसी व्यावसायिक उद्देश्य के लिए। • मैं जानवर को उचित भोजन, स्वच्छ पानी, रहने की सुरक्षित जगह, व्यायाम, टीकाकरण, पशु चिकित्सकीय देखभाल और मानवीय व्यवहार प्रदान करूँगा/करूँगी। • मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि किसी जानवर को गोद लेना एक दीर्घकालिक जिम्मेदारी है, जो 10–15 वर्ष या उससे अधिक समय तक हो सकती है। • मैं Rescue2Home को सूचित किए बिना जानवर को छोड़ूँगा/छोड़ूँगी नहीं, बेचूँगा/बेचूँगी नहीं, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को नहीं दूँगा/दूँगी और न ही किसी आश्रय या संस्था को सौंपूँगा/सौंपूँगी। • मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि Rescue2Home जानवर की भलाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गोद लेने के बाद फ़ॉलो-अप, फोटो, वीडियो, अपडेट या घर का निरीक्षण कर सकता है। • इस आवेदन पत्र को भरने और जमा करने का यह अर्थ नहीं है कि मुझे पशु को गोद लेने की स्वीकृति अवश्य मिल जाएगी। गोद लेने की मंज़ूरी Rescue2Home द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों, घर की उपयुक्तता और पशु के सर्वोत्तम हितों के आधार पर दी जाएगी। • यदि पशु का रेस्क्यू सीधे Rescue2Home द्वारा किया गया है, तो अंतिम गोद लेने का निर्णय Rescue2Home टीम द्वारा लिया जाएगा। • यदि पशु किसी रीहोमिंग (Rehoming) मामले के अंतर्गत सूचीबद्ध है, तो अंतिम गोद लेने का निर्णय Rescue2Home टीम और वर्तमान पालतू अभिभावक (Pet Parent/Guardian) द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से आवेदन की समीक्षा और उपयुक्तता के मूल्यांकन के बाद लिया जाएगा। • Rescue2Home को यह अधिकार सुरक्षित है कि यदि उसे लगे कि गोद लेना पशु के सर्वोत्तम हित में नहीं है, तो वह किसी भी आवेदन को स्वीकृत, अस्वीकृत या लंबित रख सकता है। • आवेदन में गलत, भ्रामक या अधूरी जानकारी देने पर गोद लेने का अनुरोध अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है। • मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि Rescue2Home की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी पशु की सुरक्षा, भलाई और दीर्घकालिक देखभाल सुनिश्चित करना है। • Rescue2Home गोद लेने (Adoption) की प्रक्रिया के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं लेता है। Rescue2Home के माध्यम से गोद लेना पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है। हालांकि, गोद लेने की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद, जानवर से संबंधित भविष्य के सभी खर्चों की पूरी जिम्मेदारी गोद लेने वाले व्यक्ति की होगी। इसमें भोजन, टीकाकरण, नियमित पशु चिकित्सकीय देखभाल, चिकित्सा उपचार, ग्रूमिंग, बोर्डिंग, नसबंदी (यदि पहले से नहीं हुई हो) तथा जानवर की देखभाल और भलाई से जुड़े अन्य सभी खर्च शामिल हैं। By selecting/checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above, and I acknowledge that the submission of this application does not guarantee approval for adoption. इस बॉक्स को चुनकर/टिक करके, मैं पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि मैंने ऊपर उल्लिखित सभी नियम एवं शर्तें पढ़ ली हैं, समझ ली हैं और उनसे सहमत हूँ। मैं यह भी समझता/समझती हूँ कि इस आवेदन को जमा करने मात्र से गोद लेने की स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं मिलती है।
