Upload your photos from a single event or location You can upload up to 10 images at once, as long as they share the same details (photographer, location, date taken, keywords...). If your images have different details, please submit them separately.

Please use the following file name convention:

Month_Year_Initials_title.jpg e.g. 07_2026_MD_St Clair beach sunrise.jpg

If you are uploading multiple images with the same title: 

please use numbering to keep the file names unique

e.g. 07_2026_MD_George Street Activity 01.jpg; 07_2026_MD_George Street Activity 02.jpg

 

Please use the normal DPS file digital image file requirements:

• Image files must be in jpeg/jpg format
• Images cannot be longer than 3840 pixels on the horizontal and 2160 on the vertical
• Image files must be less than 4MB
