Freshmen/New Member $485 total:
Includes regular camp fee , new spirit shirt, water jug, marching shoes, 2 Undershirts, Gloves, member backpack-All of these items are required for participation
All Color Guard $485 total:
Includes regular camp fee, new spirit shirt, water jug, uniform fee, and hair supplies. Dance shoes and leotard (if needed). (New members will also receive a backpack)- Make-up not included and will be purchased on an individual basis
Returning Instrumentalist $385 total:
Includes regular camp fee and new water jug-
Replacement items may be purchased at a later date on an individual basis
The maximum amount owed in a student's account cannot exceed the cost of one year of band camp ($385 or $485) If your account is currently over that maximum, please begin making payments to reduce the balance via Cut Time.

Returning Instrumentalist monthly payment:
$50 deposit by May 19
$55 (Due by the 1st of each month July-Nov)
$60 final payment (Dec 1)

Payments can be made by turning in money in the band room before or after school or by making a payment through the student’s “CutTime” account (note-2.5% fee applies to electronic payments):

Payments are non-refundable. Band camp fees provide a majority of the operating budget necessary for a successful high school band and cover staff instruction, marching show arrangements, field props, materials for each section, etc.
