  • Vendor and Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Vendors will be responsible for the security of their sites. Some vendor-sponsored events are limited by the number scheduled; therefore, sponsorship requests will be honored on a first come-first-serve basis, with priority given to Gold and Silver Sponsors.  Sponsorship requests which cannot be accommodated will be satisfied with a comparable event(s), as decided by the LAPCAE Board of Directors. 

  • Payment can be made by Check, Direct Deposit, or Credit Card. 

    Check Payments: Mail Check made out to LAPCAE to: Kaye Sharbono, 115 Cherokee Trail, Delhi, LA 71232. 

    Direct Deposit: For Direct Deposit, email YOUR Direct Deposit paperwork to kayesharbono@gmail.com. Appropriate account information will be completed and returned to the authorized designee for direct payment.

    Credit Card: Use the payment link in the confirmation email with your Invoice.  There is a 4% fee to pay by credit card. Credit card payments are accepted via Square.

    Payment is due by August 15, 2026.

                                          Promotional Opportunity

                                          Unable to attend the conference in person? Vendors may participate through our Unmanned Promotional Display Opportunity. Your promotional materials, brochures, product samples, flyers, business cards, and other approved marketing items will be displayed at a designated table located adjacent to the LAPCAE booth, providing visibility to conference attendees throughout the event.


                                          While the display area will not be staffed by vendor representatives, conference volunteers will collect business cards, interest forms, and attendee inquiries submitted at your display. All collected information will be forwarded to your organization following the conference.


                                          Please note that all materials must be shipped to the conference according to the instructions provided by LAPCAE. Any items sent for display will not be returned after the event. Vendors are encouraged to send sufficient quantities of promotional materials for attendee distribution.


                                          This opportunity provides an affordable way to maintain a presence at the conference, generate leads, and share information about your products and services with adult education professionals from across Louisiana.
