What Is Your Housing Story, Values, Needs & Experiences? We’re inviting you to share your housing experiences in your own words.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to better understand community experiences with housing so we can improve how we serve and support our community. We also hope to uplift and empower your voice by learning directly from your lived experience.

Your responses will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly. If we would like to use a quote or follow up on your story, we will reach out to you directly for permission.
