    Our teachers are independent contractors, and our pay rates start at $28-36 per hour, depending on level of teaching experience, and how much demand we have for your instrument.

  • Our teachers sometimes offer online lessons upon request (for example, on bad weather days, or if a student is under the weather). Are you able/willing to offer online lessons if requested?*

  • Note: Our most needed teaching shifts are between the hours of 3:00-8:30pm on weekdays, and 10:00am-5:00pm on weekends.

    Our most common shift length is about 5 hours with a 15-minute break, but we'll work to accommodate teacher requests. For new teachers, we generally start with just one shift, then we can possibly expand later as shifts grow.

    Note: It takes time to get new students, so we can't guarantee how quickly shifts will fill!
