    Hotel Booking Process

    Please read the information below before completing your booking.

    1. Complete the booking form
    Fill in all the required information and submit your booking request.

    2. Booking review
    Once your form has been received, your information will be reviewed and sent to the hotel.

    3. Hotel reservation
    The hotel will create your reservation based on the information you provided.

    4. Payment
    You will receive the hotel’s bank details to make your payment by bank transfer. Payments are made directly to the hotel and must be made in full.

    5. Payment confirmation
    Once you have completed the transfer, please send your proof of payment.

    6. Booking confirmation
    Your proof of payment will be forwarded to the hotel so they can match your payment to your reservation and confirm your booking.

     

    Important

    Your booking is not confirmed until the hotel has received and matched your payment.


    If you are sharing a room, both guests must complete their own booking form.
    If your promoter offers a payment plan, they may collect instalments from you. However, the hotel only accepts the full payment for each reservation.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Hotel cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay, in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.

    Please note that any BOS Mallorca ticket remains subject to the organiser's own ticket terms and conditions where applicable.


    Ticket Adjustments & Changes

    If you have already been issued a booking and wish to change your booking type, for example from a Friday–Monday booking to a Thursday–Monday booking, a £50 administration fee will apply regardless of whether you are upgrading or reducing your booking.

    Requests to change room-sharing arrangements may be made in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests received within two weeks of the holiday start date will incur a £50 administration fee.


    Booking Process

    Submitting this form does not constitute a confirmed hotel reservation.

    Once your booking request has been reviewed, your reservation details will be forwarded to Rei del Mediterrani Palace. You will then receive instructions to complete payment by bank transfer directly to the hotel.

    Your reservation will only be confirmed once the hotel has received and confirmed your payment. Following confirmation, the hotel will issue your reservation confirmation.

    Room allocations and roommate matching will be managed by the BOS Mallorca team.


    Data & Privacy

    The information provided in this form will be used solely for the administration of your booking, room allocation, reservation management and event-related communications.

    Where necessary, your information will be shared with Rei del Mediterrani Palace and authorised BOS Mallorca organisers for the purpose of processing your reservation and accommodation arrangements.
