We’re excited for our upcoming camping trip! Please review the checklist below so everyone is prepared.
Arrival
- Arrive no earlier than Thursday at 3:00 PM. Camp opens at 3:00 PM
- Bring an easy-up/canopy if possible, as it can get windy
- If you are a single mom or have never camped before, setup help will be available
Campsites
- Campsite Cost: $45 per campsite/per family
- Upon arrival you will choose from the different tent setup areas available. Spots are first come first serve.
- Our group will have the middle/main area reserved
Meals
Optional Meal Plan Pricing
- Adults (Ages 13+): $50
- Children (Ages 4-12): $15
- Babys (3 & under): Free

Meal Reminders
- Bring your own drinks
- Bring plenty of water water, water, water!
- To-go lunch bags will be provided for making sandwiches and selecting snacks
- Many families spend time at the lake on Friday and Saturday
Men’s Cooking Volunteers
- Men will be handling meal preparation during camp
- Each man is asked to volunteer to help cook at least one of the six meals
Supplies
- Bring one bundle of firewood per family
- Bring quarters for showers if you plan to use them
- Be aware that power access is limited
- Bring an extension cord if needed
- Use power only for short-term needs (ie. air mattresses, inflating beds, etc.), not continuous use
Sunday Schedule
- Enjoy breakfast together
- Attend a short service
- Begin breaking down camp after service
- Plan to be packed up and out by noon
