PURPOSE OF MINISTRY
I understand that Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry is a faith-based Christian ministry that may include prayer, biblical guidance, spiritual encouragement, discussion of personal experiences, emotional healing prayer, forgiveness work, and ministry related to Christian beliefs regarding spiritual freedom and discipleship.
I understand that this ministry is spiritual in nature and is not counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychology, social work, medical treatment, healthcare, crisis intervention, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary.
I understand that I may stop or discontinue participation at any time.
I am choosing to participate of my own free will and without coercion.
NO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
I understand and agree that:
The Ministry does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health treatment.
No diagnosis, treatment, cure, or therapeutic intervention is being offered.
The Ministry does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
I remain solely responsible for obtaining any medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional services I may need.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
I understand that no promises, guarantees, warranties, or representations have been made regarding any outcome of ministry sessions.
I acknowledge that spiritual growth, emotional healing, deliverance, personal transformation, and other outcomes vary among individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in spiritual ministry may involve discussions of personal, emotional, relational, traumatic, or spiritual experiences.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, or personal effects that may arise during or after ministry sessions.
I accept full responsibility for my own decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after participation.
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS
I understand that sessions may be conducted through Zoom, other electronic communication platforms, or occasionally in person.
I acknowledge that electronic communications carry inherent privacy and technology risks beyond the Ministry's control.
I agree that I am responsible for participating from an environment that is safe, private, and appropriate for ministry sessions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Ministry will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during sessions.
However, I understand that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Electronic communication risks
Court orders or legal requirements
Threats of harm to self or others
Abuse, neglect, or situations requiring mandatory reporting under applicable law
Safety concerns requiring disclosure
RIGHT TO DECLINE OR TERMINATE MINISTRY
I understand that the Ministry reserves the right to decline, postpone, discontinue, or terminate ministry sessions at any time and for any lawful reason.
The Ministry may recommend that I seek assistance from licensed medical, mental health, legal, or other professionals when deemed appropriate.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Ministry, its owners, leaders, ministers, volunteers, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorney's fees arising out of or related to my participation in ministry activities or sessions.
This release includes claims based on negligence but does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Ministry and its representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from my actions, conduct, participation, or violation of this agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement regarding my participation in ministry sessions and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings relating to the subject matter herein
