1.       Safe installation position required – please indicate choice of safe position on the form provided by the GJX no later than December 31st 2026. If a form is not received by this date the safe will be placed in the middle of your booth and a fee of $250 will be charged to place the safe into the correct position on move in day.

2.       Change in Booth Number, Safe Model or Safe Position – Exhibitor is responsible for notifying Rob Hyatt Safe Rentals by email at the address above.

3.       Safe Standard Equipment – All safes will be standard with pushbutton digital lock (exhibitor will set lock code). The number of selves will be specific to safe model and the door will be the standard right-hand swing.

4.       Cancellation Policy – Any cancellations after January 7th 2027 will not be refundable

5.       Installation and Safe Move – You safe will be placed in your booth according to your booth layout two weeks before the show. Any request to move the safe after this date will be subject to a $500 additional moving fee.

6.       Year on Year Rental - If you choose to rent a safe the following year, you may leave non-valuable items i.e. lighting, trays, scales, boxes etc. within the safe at no additional cost. Please place your name on the safe and inform us. We will then deliver the same safe to you the following year. Please note that you will need to complete an agreement each year.

7.       Show Combination Number - At the end of the show you must inform us of the safe combination code used during the show is you are only renting a safe for the entirety of the show. If you do not provide us with the code, we will have to drill the safe and replace the lock at an additional cost of 50% of the rental fee.

Disclaimer: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the following entities, herein known as “the companies” – Robert Hyatt Arizona Limited, Rob Hyatt Safe Rentals, Eons Expos, Gem and Jewelry Exchange LLC and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees of and all claims, losses, damages, judgements, expenses, costs including without limitation attorney’s fees and charges of every kind and nature arising out of or resulting from Exhibitors rental and Rob Hyatt’s provision of the safe as provided herein.

The Companies assume no liability or responsibility for the articles stored in the safe and all merchandise on the premises is the Exhibitors sole responsibility and risk. The companies carry no insurance to protect the Exhibitor or its merchandise. The Exhibitor is required to notify its insurance provider of their attendance at the show and the Exhibitor must secures insurance to protect their self and their merchandise. The Companies provide no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. The Exhibitor is liable for any damages to the safe whilst its in the Exhibitors booth.

NOTE Please note that all prices, sizes and colors are subject to change based on availability and demand during the show dates. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred size and avoid last-minute surcharges. Late Booking fees and Additional Delivery fees may apply if reservations are received after Deadline Date.
