Terms & Conditions

The pro clima Passive House Scholarship 2026 initiative is organised and administered by Pro Clima NZ Ltd ("the Company").

1. Two scholarships are available:

Certified Passive House Tradesperson: In-person Training (Christchurch, 13 – 17 July 2026)
Certified Passive House Tradesperson: Online Training (18 August – 15 September 2026)

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

3. To enter, applicants must complete and submit the scholarship application form in full before the advertised closing date.

4. One recipient will be selected for each scholarship. Entries will be judged on the quality, relevance, and completeness of their responses to the application questions.

5. Each scholarship covers the course training only. Any examination fees, certification fees, travel, accommodation, meals, or other associated costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Scholarships are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Recipients must be available to attend and complete their chosen course. If a recipient is unable to participate, the scholarship may be awarded to another applicant.

8. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. By participating, participants consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and as otherwise set out in these Terms & Conditions. This includes disclosure to Pro Clima for prize fulfilment and disclosure of limited scholarship recipient information as set out above.

Participants also consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or photographs for reasonable promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (including social media and marketing materials), without further compensation. The information you provide may be used for future event communications and product updates.

The Company will manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.

10. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for loss or damage suffered by any participant in connection with the promotion or use of any prize.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
