    *PLEASE READ*

    The "Take Flight." community film screening, hosted at 2727 California Street in Berkeley, Ca, is a launching pad for local creatives. The primary target is artists who have NOT already participated in or been awarded in film screenings/festivals. Regardless, all are welcome to submit. 

    - Submitted films will be vetted, for safety, etc. 

    - Any genre or film mode welcome. 

    - Minimum film length is 3 minutes, maximum film length is 12 minutes. 

    - Film representative should be available to attend screening in Berkeley, California. This individual should submit this form. 

    *Screening will take place August 1st after 6pm*
