2026 Fall Convocation Registration

Come be together October 5-7, Monday through Wednesday, at Lutheridge! The purpose of the 2026 Fall Convocation of the NC Synod is to create a healthy and safe environment to be inspired, worship, learn, rest, and have fellowship. This year, our keynote speaker is Pastor Leila Ortiz will walk us through our theme of Rooted and Rising: Stories of Justice, Hope, and Community. Fall Convocation daily scheduled events, keynotes speeches, and workshops are designed and intended for rostered ministers, church professionals, and SAMs (Synod Assigned Ministers).

We will end right before lunch on Wednesday and will follow lunch with the onsite boundary training. Would you like lunch on Wednesday?

We will be hosting an in-person boundary training after lunch on Wednesday, lasting approximately 4 hours. This will count as your yearly boundary training. Will you attend this boundary training?

During Fall Convocation, we will have some free time. Do you have any activity suggestions for that time?

Are you newly ordained or new to the NC synod? Newly ordained or have moved to the NC synod within the last year.

We only have 20 single rooms guaranteed for availabilty at Fall Convocation. Depending on the number of registrants, there may be more, but once the 20 rooms are filled, we will remove the option for a single room.
