I am aware that it is appropriate to the story for characters to participate in intimate and/or fight scenes and that this will be done in accordance with WDG policy. It is important to the team that we have a safe pace for everyone and noone will be asked to do anything that they are not comfortable with and do not agree to.

I am aware that the production depicts adult themes, use of a syringe, addiction, as well as violence and death. I am also aware that the production will include the use of smoke, flashing lights, strobe lights and loud/sudden noises. I do not believe that any of these will be a trigger for me, but if that changes I will immediately bring this to the attention of a production team member.
