  • AGREEMENTS

  • All cast members are required to commit to attending all scheduled rehearsals and performances included in the schedule that has been provided to you.

Your full immersion in the creative process ensures the best possible experience for you – as a creative collaborator and performer – and the best outcome for the production.

Through participation in discussion and tasks, you will:

    1. Contribute your own voice and perspective to the ideas unfolding in our work.

    2. Leave space and time to listen and consider your other collaborators’ contributions.

Your commitment to the creative process will increase your understanding of the work we are making – and strengthen your personal connection to it. Beyond simply knowing the steps better (because you’ve had more practice) you will also understand where the ideas came from. This will empower your sense of self and confidence, as a performer on stage – and enhance the meaning for the audience, as they view.

To support your full attendance, Quantum Leap agrees to clearly communicate rehearsal and production week schedules in a timely fashion.

As a participant, you agree to:

    1. Be available for all rehearsals and performances as scheduled and agreed.

    2. Prioritise the project schedule and avoid other activities (including appointments) during rehearsal/performance times.

    3. Advise Quantum Leap as soon as possible if you cannot make a rehearsal due to illness. Please note, absences are only for extremes – we are looking for a 100% commitment from you.

    4. Participate fully and use your best abilities in every rehearsal and performance.
