TOUR PRICE

Pricing is based on your own SUPERIOR GARDEN VIEW ROOM throughout your stay at THE EDGEWATER RESORT & SPA and includes all items noted in the tour brochure itinerary. Please refer to our room upgrade options should you be interested in enhancing your stay on the Cook Islands.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of A$1,500 is required immediately to secure your place on the tour.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received or a receipt of payment has been emailed to our team.

FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due by 7th May 2027

We will send out a reminder about 2 weeks before the payment due dates

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an updated tax invoice with an email outlining your booking details, including payment due dates.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Detailed pre-departure information will be sent out 3 months before departure.
Final travel documents will be issued approximately 2–4 weeks prior to departure.

The tour price is based on accommodation in a GARDEN SUPERIOR VIEW room for your stay on the Cook Islands. The lagoon in front of the resort is part of a marine reserve, which means fantastic snorkelling. We are holding a limited number of extra rooms in the categories below. Please call or email the team to book. Rooms are subject to availability, and below are the rates for the entire stay.

While we welcome card payments, settling your final tour balance via Direct Deposit remains our preferred method as it allows us to continue offering the best possible fixed prices for our itineraries. Following your deposit payment, a receipt will be issued via email.
