Booking Terms and Conditions* This field is required.1. Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed once we have received your completed booking form and any required deposit. Until then, your booking cannot be guaranteed. 2. Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking; this is usually 30% of the total booking cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking. 3. Guest Numbers Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than the agreed deadline before your event. We will do our best to accommodate increases after this date but cannot guarantee availability. 4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies Please inform us of all dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances when completing your booking. While we take every reasonable precaution to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, food is prepared in an environment that handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens It is the customer's responsibility to ensure dietary information provided is accurate and up to date. 5. Event Access The customer is responsible for ensuring we have suitable access for our vehicles and equipment, including adequate parking, space to operate safely and any permissions required by the venue. 6. Utilities If mains electricity or water is to be provided by the venue or organiser, this must be agreed before the event. Any requirements will be confirmed during the booking process. 7. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to attend the event due to circumstances within our control. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date, additional charges may apply to cover food ordered, preparation and other costs already incurred. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, equipment failure or other unforeseen events. Where possible, we will work with you to rearrange the booking. 9. Liability We hold appropriate food hygiene and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 10. Changes to Bookings Any requested changes to menus, timings or guest numbers should be made as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
