بدأت فترة استقبال طلبات الاشتراك في الدورة الخامسة من معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية وتستمر حتى 30 يوليو 2026. نرحب بطلباتكم سواء كنتم فنانين، أو مجموعات فنية، أو مصممات جرافيك مشغولات بالتصميم والإخراج الفني للكتب والمطبوعات، أو صانعات مجلات ومطويات، أو ناشرين مستقلين يشغلهم النشر في علاقته مع بيئات الفنون، أو موزعين ومكتبات تساهم في تداول مجموعة مميزة من الكتب والمطبوعات المعنية بالفنون وبيئاتها

نأمل أن يستقطب معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية عارضين تتنوع أساليب ممارساتهم في النشر

We are now accepting applications for the fifth edition of the Cairo Art Book Fair. We welcome applications from artists, artist collectives, designers who work with printed matter, (maga)zine makers, independent publishers who are committed to publishing in/around the arts and distributors and bookshops who circulate an exciting selection of art books and prints.

The Cairo Art Book Fair aims to bring together a variety of publishing practices.

We are able to provide a table (approx 80 x 150) and two chairs per exhibitor. Please confirm your participation fee category. نوفر طاولة (حوالي ٨٠ * ١٥٠) كما نوفر كورسيان لكل عارض. نرجو تأكيد فئة المشاركة

We manage a collective table on which we sell copies of publications that are otherwise not available at the fair. We carry 5 to 10 copies of each title and limit the selection to a maximum of 3 titles per publisher. Participation on the collective table is by invitation only.

يدير المعرض طاولة مشتركة، نتيح من خلالها مطبوعات غير متوفرة في المعرض بطرق أخرى. نطلب من خمس إلى عشر نسخ من كل مطبوعة ونقتصر الاختيار على ثلاثة مطبوعات لكل ناشر. المشاركة على الطاولة المشتركة بالدعوة فقط

يوفر المعرض جوائز ومنح يمكن لمن يستوفى الشروط التقدم عليها، نخبر المتقدمين بنتائج الجوائز مع اعلان المشاركين. يرجى مراجعة المعلومات المطلوبة لكل جائزة أو منحة ادناه

Exhibitors who fulfill the requirements are invited to apply to the Cairo Art Book Fair awards and support schemes. Please review the requested information for each scheme below. Recipients are notified with the results of the open call.

جائزة المشاركة الأولى من معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية تغطي رسوم الاشتراك لمتقدم لم يسبق له المشاركة في المعرض بغض النظر عن محل عمله أو اقامته. كما توفر الجائزة مكافأة مالية قدرها عشرة آلاف ١٠٠٠٠ جنيه مصري

The Cairo Art Book Fair first time exhibitor award is for a first time participant in CABF regardless of where the applicant is based. This award covers participation fees as well as a monetary prize of EGP 10,000 (ten thousand EGP).

جائزة سفراء معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية تستهدف المتقدمين من مصر لكن المقيمين خارج القاهرة ممن لهم اهتمام بتطوير نشاط يوطد من اشكال النشر البديل في محافظتهم. الجائزة تغطي رسوم الاشتراك في المعرض كما توفر مكافأة مالية قدرها ١٠٠٠٠ جنيه مصري

The Cairo Art Book Fair Ambassador Award is for an applicant based in Egypt but outside Cairo who is interested in developing an activity to advance alternative publishing in a governorate outside Cairo. The award covers the applicant's table fee as well as an EGP 10,000 monetary prize.

يتعاون معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية في دورته الخامسة مع مكتبة ليلى المقدادي القطان في رام الله لتسليط الضوء على أعمال المبدعات والمبدعين الفلسطينيين. ستعمل المكتبة بالتعاون مع لجنة الإختيار على تجميع الأعمال المقبولة من داخل فلسطين، وتغطية تكلفة شحنها إلى القاهرة، بالإضافة إلى رعاية طاولة مخصصة لعرض هذه الأعمال

In collaboration with The Leila Miqdadi Al-Qattan Library in Ramallah, CABF is offering a support scheme to Palestinian applicants based in Palestine. The library will work with the CABF selection committee to collect and ship awardee publications to CABF as well as cover the table fee.

الشرط الوحيد للتقدم لهذه المنحة هو وجود المتقدم داخل فلسطين. يرجى كتابة اسم المدينة داخل فلسطين حيث تعيش وتعمل The only requirement for this support scheme is that the applicant is based inside Palestine. Please write the name of the city inside Palestine where you live and work.

تعطي مكتبة ليلى المقدادي القطان هذا العام مساهمتين لمبدعين فلسطينين محل عملهم واقامتهم خارج فلسطين، تغطي المساهمة رسوم الاشتراك (طاولة أو نصف طاولة) بجانب مبلغ مالي قدره 400 دولار امريكي لكل مشترك. يعطى تفضيل للمتقدمين الفلسطينيين الموجودين حاليا داخل مصر

This year, The Leila Miqdadi Al-Qattan Library is supporting 2 Palestinian applicants who are based outside of Palestine by covering their participation fees (half or single table) as well as giving them monetary support of USD 400 each. There is a preference for Palestinian applicants currently based in Egypt.

لا يشترط وجود المتقدم في مصر لكن تعطى الافضلية للمتقدمين المقيمين في مصر. It is not required that the applicant is based in Egypt however a preference is given to those who are based in Egypt.

الجائزة الخاصة للنسخة الخامسة من معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية تحتفي بمتقدمين اثنين من الوطن العربي ترى لجنة التحكيم أن ممارستهما في النشر الفني والبديل ممارسة رائدة تساهم في تشكيل هذا المجال في الوطن العربي اليوم. الحاصلان على هذه الجائزة لابد أن تكون ممارستهما في النشر ممارسة فاعلة داخل الوطن العربي. يحصل الفائزين على مكافأة مالية تساهم في مصاريف السفر للمشاركة في النسخة الخامسة من المعرض وقدرها 600 دولار امريكي (ستمائة دولار امريكي) لكل منهما كما يحصل كل منهما على طاولة في النسخة الخامسة من معرض القاهرة للكتب الفنية

CABF #5 Special Award recognizes two (2) applicants whose practice in art publishing contributes to expanding this field of practice in the Arab World. The recipients of this award are presently active in the field of art publishing and are central to shaping the future of this field in the Arab World. This award covers the participation fee and offers monetary travel support of USD 600 to each awardee to attend this edition of CABF.
