• Penncrest Ice Hockey Club P.O. Box 4264 Elwyn, PA 19063-7264 Notice of Financial Responsibility

    By participation in Penncrest Ice Hockey, Club members agree to the following conditions:

  • 1. Fees for the 2026-27 season are as follows:
         a. $1,700 for High School players
         b. $1,300 for Middle School players
         c. $900 for Elementary Team players
         d. Full time, USA Hockey registered, goalies will pay a reduced fee. ($750 HS, MS $600, E $400)


    2. Discounts are available as follows:
         - 5% if payment is made in full by September 1, 2026
         - 10% discount for 2nd, 3rd or more players

    3. Checks should be made payable to PENNCREST ICE HOCKEY CLUB and should be mailed to PO Box 4264 Elwyn, PA 19063. Credit cards and electronic payments will be accepted through PayPal. The PayPal web site link is present with the online registration process. Paying by PayPal means that you will also cover any fees as the payer.

    4. Failure to be current with scheduled payments may result in a player being held off the ice until payment is received. No player will be allowed to participate in any on-ice practices or games while under financial suspension. Families unable to meet the full payment deadlines can arrange payment plans by contacting Rick Bullen, Treasurer - bullenr@comcast.net 
         a. Payment plan extensions must be arranged prior to the full payment deadline and approved by the Treasurer and the Board.
         b. If no payment plan extension is approved and full payment is not accomplished by 15 January 2027 the player may be reported to the USA Hockey financial debt list. This immediately removes the player from all USA Hockey Competition until paid in full.
         c. Payments made by families with multiple players will be split equally amongst the players. (i.e. 3 players, $600 paid, $200 credited to each player)

    5. Payment schedule is as follows:
         a. Initial deposit due when registering or no later than 1 August 2026
                HS players $350, MS players $350, E players - $300
         b. September 15, 2026
                HS players $450, MS players $350
         c. October 15, 2026
                HS players $450, MS players $300, E players - $300
         d. November 15, 2026
                HS players $450, MS players $300, E players - $300

    6. New players will need to order jerseys. Players should complete the required information on the registration form. Requests for number changes will be accommodated based upon availability. Due to long lead-times on fulfillment of jersey orders, please submit your order by July 31st. Jersey requests should be sent to Coach Mescanti – skets@comcast.net
