DL3 Cares Future Leaders Academy
Sponsored by the DL3 Cares Foundation, the DL3 Cares Future Leaders Academy (FLA) is a nine-month College & Career Readiness Program for students in grades 10–12 preparing for life after high school.

Students meet on the second Saturday of each month and participate in college and business tours, guest speakers, and interactive workshops focused on the PINE Success Formula:

P – Performance: Build academic and professional skills
I – Image: Develop confidence and professional presence
N – Networking: Build meaningful relationships and connections
E – Exposure: Gain access to college, career, and real-world opportunities

Program Hours:
Grades 10–12: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Senior Seminar: 1:00–2:00 p.m.
