Note:
- Lessons are a minimum of 25 minutes and are conducted on a one-on-one basis with an instructor.
- Lesson cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Lessons are transferable.
- No refunds, credits, extensions, or compensation will be provided for unused lessons, expired lesson cards, missed lessons, vacations, no-shows, or lost lesson cards.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.
- Warm-up time and additional practice time are not included in the lesson package and will be charged at the applicable driving range rates.
- Instructor assignments and lesson scheduling are subject to availability.
- The Golf Dome reserves the right to assign or change instructors as necessary.
