Please submit your project abstract and complete the post-program survey using this form by Friday, September 4, 2026. Each student must submit the form; if you co-author an abstract, every co-author should submit their own entry. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you. The information collected will be used for program evaluation, planning, and reporting to funders.

Abstract of Research Results

As part of your summer stipend requirements, you must submit a research abstract (max 400 words, excluding references) along with a picture or diagram if possible. Your advisor must approve your abstract before submission. No edits can be made afterward. If you co-authored the abstract with fellow SURF students, indicate that in your submission. Each collaborating student must submit their own copy of the abstract and survey.
