Volunteer Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

Thank you for volunteering your time and talents to support the Taylor Pride Music & Arts Festival. Your participation helps make this community event possible. To ensure everyone's safety and understanding of responsibilities, please read and agree to the following:
I acknowledge that volunteering at an outdoor public event may involve risks, including but not limited to: exposure to weather, crowd-related hazards, setup and teardown of event materials, physical activity, and other unforeseeable risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for anyinjuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
In consideration of being allowed to volunteer, I hereby release and hold harmless Taylor Pride, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from injury, illness, or damages sustainedwhile volunteering for this event.
I authorize Taylor Pride representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for me in the event of an injury or illness during my volunteer service. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I grant permission to Taylor Pride to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the event for promotional or fundraising purposes in print, online, and social media platforms without compensation.
I agree to act responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with event policies. I understand that Taylor Pride may dismiss me from volunteer duties at any time if my behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the event.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
