  • Each art work is to be labeled with the artist name and age category.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Artists are limited to 2 entries of their choice. • Entries must be framed with screw eyes and wire only. No saw tooth hangers. • All art is required to be framed or gallery wrapped. • Artwork will not be displayed or judged due to faulty hanging wire or frames. Please be sure wires are securely attached. • Registration form must accompany artwork. • All artwork must have a completed and the label securely attached to the back of the artwork at time of entry. • No repeat entries allowed from previous JW Riley Art shows• No entries may be entered posthumously. • The JW Riley Museum reserves the right to disqualify any artwork deemed inappropriate. • The decision of the judge will be final.• Entries exhibited at owner's risk. While the JW Riley Museum staff will attempt to keep artwork safe and secure after arrival, the JW Riley Museum and staff will not be held responsible for any damage, destruction, loss or theft of artwork submitted to the contest. • The artist or other person picking up artwork must sign for artwork at time of pickup.

  • Drop Off Dates and Times

    Art entries will be received at the James Whitcomb Riley Museum on November 23 from 11:00am-4:00pm; November 24 from 1:00pm-6:00pm; and November 25 from 11:00am-4:00pm.

  • Pick Up Dates and Times

    Artwork will be released after the awards ceremony on December 4th at 6:30pm. All artwork has to be picked up by December 7th at 6:30pm.
