- 48-hour notice is requiref for any cancellations or changes
- Less than 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee
- No show appointments will charged 100% of service booked
- A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled
- Multiple reschedules may affect future booking ability
- Weather + true emergencies excluded

Please note: clients that currently have box dye on their hair may have varying results. I ask that you please be honest about your hair history and know that I will do my best to give you what you are wanting, while keeping in mind there may need to be more than one session. I will do my best behind the chair and at your appointment. Results are best when we work as a team to also maintain your hair care, routine, and rituals at home.
