1. Program Overview
The Holistic Warrior Direct Wellness Care (HWDWC) Program is a lifestyle‑based, non‑medical wellness membership designed to provide root‑cause support, preventive wellness guidance, and faith‑centered encouragement. This program mirrors the accessibility and continuity of a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model but operates strictly within a holistic, non‑conventional medical framework.
Members receive monthly wellness sessions, lifestyle coaching, functional interpretation education, herbal guidance, and priority access to W.I.S.H services.
2. Membership Fees & Billing
• The monthly membership fee is $150, billed through EFT.
• A one‑time $225 registration fee is required at enrollment (includes a $75 start‑up fee).
• The registration fee is non‑refundable.
• Monthly fees are automatically charged until cancellation is finalized.
• Members agree to maintain an active payment method on file.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Members may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request 30 days before next billing cycle.
• All membership benefits remain active until cancellation is fully processed.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services.
• Failure to provide written notice will result in continued monthly billing.
4. Program Benefits
Membership includes access to the following:
• 1 Complimentary wellness consultation per month
• Complimentary interpretation of each purchased functional lab test.
• Accountability & habit tracking
• 30% OFF select services
• Member‑only workshops
• 20% OFF online products
• Earn reward points program
5. Messaging & Communication Policy
• Messaging access is available Monday–Thursday during business hours.
• Messaging is intended for accountability, guidance, and wellness support—not urgent needs.
• Response times may vary based on clinic volume.
• Members agree not to use messaging for emergencies or medical concerns.
6. Functional Lab Policy
• Labs are ordered through Rupa Physician Services.
• Functional labs are educational tools, not diagnostic medical tests.
• Members acknowledge that functional labs are billed at standard pricing.
• Follow‑up fees for new tests are waived for active members.
• Lab interpretation is provided from a holistic, non‑conventional perspective.
7. Herbal & Supplement Policy
• Herbal and supplement recommendations are optional.
• Members acknowledge that herbs and supplements are not sole-medical treatments.
• W.I.S.H provides guidance based on traditional, holistic practices.
• Members agree to disclose any medications or medical conditions to ensure safe recommendations.
8. Faith‑Based Support Policy
W.I.S.H is a Christian faith‑based organization.
Members may choose to receive faith‑centered encouragement as part of their wellness journey.
Participation in faith‑based elements is optional and tailored to each member based on spiritual comfort level.
9. Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer
The HWDWC Program is an alternative medical program and does not replace conventional medical care.
W.I.S.H does not provide:
• Acute or urgent care
• Surgical medical services
• Emergency care
Members are strongly encouraged to maintain an active primary care provider for all medical needs.
In case of emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency medical center.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
• All member information is stored securely.
• W.I.S.H follows HIPAA‑aligned privacy practices.
• Members may request copies of their wellness records at any time.
11. Member Conduct & Expectations
Members agree to:
• Participate actively in their wellness plan
• Communicate respectfully
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide timely notice for rescheduling
• Uphold the values of the Holistic Warrior community
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the HWDWC Program, the member acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined above, including billing, cancellation, scope of practice, and program limitations.
