Festival Schedule:
Saturday, Oct 10 (10 am - 5 pm)
Sunday, Oct 11 (10 am - 4 pm)
• Friday, October 9 – Vendor Set up after 5 pm
• Saturday, October 10 – 10 am - 5 pm Open to the Public (If you choose to set up this day, you must be set up by 9:30 am)
• Sunday, October 11 – 10 am - 4 pm Open to the Public
Festival Guidelines:
- During our 60th annual Fall Festival Food Trucks and Food Vendors will be near Central Park where we will have live music. We plan to include up to 12 Food Trucks and 6 Food Vendors. PLEASE NOTE: A Food Truck is considered any vehicle (or trailer) that stands alone and food is served directly out of it. Food Trucks will be situated on paved areas. Food Vendors, on the other hand, are any vendors selling food or beverages out of a tent. Food vendors will be situated on pavement or grassy areas.
- If invited to participate as a Food or Food Truck vendor, the fee is $375 for your space.
- For either category you must provide proof of a valid Food and Beverage License or a Cottage Food Producer license issued by the MN Department of Health or MN Department of Agriculture; Food and Beverage Licenses can be obtained by contacting 651-201-4500. You must also provide proof of insurance.
- You must have your booth up and running for the entire festival. The only exception is if festival authorities shut down the festival due to inclement weather or another emergency. Red Wing Arts will contact you regarding the location of your booth and set up/tear down details prior to the Festival. Please keep in mind that the crowds are significant (15,000+), especially if the weather is nice.
- Please note, electricity, water, and ice will NOT be provided to any food vendors during the day; there will be electricity access for overnight. The use of propane is fine. The use of a generator is allowed, but it MUST BE BELOW 65 dB.
Invitations will be issued by August 17, 2026
If invited, the following must be returned by August 24, 2026 or you will forfeit your spot:
• Proof of insurance
• Proof of valid Food and Beverage License or Cottage Food Producer License
• Fee of $375 payable to Red Wing Arts via check or online
