    Vigilance SVC provides security services for bars, restaurants, special events, private clients, commercial properties, and other locations. As a result, the majority of assignments occur during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.

    Applicants should understand that:

    • Evening and overnight shifts are common.
    • Weekend availability is expected.
    • Holiday work may be required.
    • Schedules are based on client and operational needs.
    • Scheduling preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.

    Please read the following carefully before continuing.

    Vigilance SVC provides security services for bars, restaurants, special events, private clients, commercial properties, and other venues. Due to the nature of our business, the majority of assignments occur during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.

    Before applying, please review the scheduling expectations below:

    Typical Sunday through Wednesday shifts: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
    Typical Thursday through Saturday shifts: 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM


    Shift lengths and start/end times may vary depending on the assignment, client needs, and operational requirements. Most assignments are scheduled during evening and overnight hours.


    Weekend availability is expected.
    Due to increased staffing demands, the following holidays are mandatory workdays unless otherwise approved by management:

    New Year's Eve
    Independence Day (July 4th)
    Halloween


    Our busiest season typically runs from spring through summer, when additional shifts and hours are generally available. During the slower fall and winter months, work opportunities and available hours may be reduced based on client demand and seasonal business activity.


    Additional holidays and special events may require staffing based on client needs and operational requirements.


    Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites, including late-night and early-morning shifts.


    Work schedules are determined by client assignments and operational needs.
    While scheduling preferences are considered whenever possible, availability during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and special events is an essential requirement of this position. Specific shifts, days, or hours cannot be guaranteed.
