I agree to time and agree to be respectful to other vendors and customers.
I understand that the $15 setup fee is nonrefundable unless market is cancelled.
I will comply with any applicable local and state regulations.

Farmers Market Setup Rules Market Day Guidelines
1. Arrival and Setup: Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the market opens to allow ample time for setup. Please ensure your booth is ready before the market begins.
2. Booth Space: Each vendor will be assigned a specific booth space. Respect your assigned area and do not encroach on neighboring booths.
3. Display Requirements: All displays should be neat, organized, and safe for both vendors and customers. Ensure that all tables and tents are secure, especially in windy conditions.
4. Signage: Clearly display your business name and prices of all items. This transparency is appreciated by customers and helps facilitate smooth transactions.
5. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy booth throughout the market. At the end of the day, ensure your area is free from trash and debris.
6. Parking: After unloading, vendors should move their vehicles to the designated parking area to allow for customer parking and easy access.
Conduct and Compliance
1. Professional Behavior: Be courteous and professional at all times. Treat customers and fellow vendors with respect, fostering a positive market atmosphere.
2. Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to your products. This includes health, safety, and permit requirements.
3. Product Quality: Ensure all products meet quality standards and are safe for consumption or use. Clearly indicate if a product may have allergens.
4. Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax as required by law. 5. Weather Policy: The market operates rain or shine. Be prepared to cover products and protect displays in case of adverse weather conditions.
Vendor Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement This Agreement is entered into on this day, by and between the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) and the owner/operator of the property located at 841 SE 349 Hwy, Old Town, Fl 32680 (“Property Owner”), for participation in the Evergreen Market.
1. Assumption of Risk: The Vendor understands and acknowledges that participation in the Market involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury to persons or damage to property. The Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Market.
2. Waiver and Release: The Vendor, for themselves, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, does hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Property Owner, the Market organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Vendor, their employees, agents, or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in the Market or while on the premises.
3. Insurance: The Vendor acknowledges that it is their responsibility to maintain appropriate liability insurance for their business operations. The Property Owner and Market organizers assume no responsibility for loss or damage to Vendor property.
4. Compliance with Rules: The Vendor agrees to comply with all Market rules, guidelines, and local regulations. The Market reserves the right to remove any Vendor who fails to comply.
5. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner and Market organizers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the Market.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State ofFlorida. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Vendor has executed this Waiver and Release as of the day and year first written above.
