2026 Stanford Football Credential Requests

Please utilize this form to request single-game coverage credentials for Stanford home football games.
- Credential requests should be made no later than 5 p.m. PT on the Wednesday before each home game.
  - Exceptions: For games played on Friday, credential requests are due no later than 5 p.m. on the Tuesday before the game.
    
    Miami credential requests are due on Sept. 1.
    
    NC State credential requests are due on Oct. 20.
  - For SMU week, all requests must be in by Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 5 pm, to account for Thanksgiving.
- APPROVAL for credentials may be sent as late as 12 p.m. on the Thursday of each home game. Please plan accordingly when purchasing travel, etc.
- Credentials are issued to the individual, not the outlet.
- Freelance photographers that are not shooting for an outlet that regularly covers Stanford or its opponent do not fit the credential guidelines.
- We are unable to credential anyone of recruiting age due to NCAA compliance rules (8th grade and above).
- Press Box credentials provide sideline (not on the field) access up to the final five minutes before kick-off and the last five minutes of the game. Press box seats are for working personnel only.
- Credentials and parking passes will not be mailed. Credentials can be picked up at Gate 8 of Stanford Stadium, located on the North end of the stadium.
- The window for credential pick-up will open two hours prior to kick-off.
- All parking passes will be delivered digitally to the e-mail submitted in the form.
- Media covering the visiting team may not receive a credential if they are not regularly credentialed at their home site or approved by the visiting team.
- NFL scouts should request credentials through this form. Scouts will receive a pre-game field pass, press box access, and one parking pass.
Submission of this form or prior approval of a credential does not guarantee a credential will be issued for the 2026 season. Credentials are reviewed on a case-by-case, year-by-year basis.
