• Conference Support Grant Application

    © Mortar Board, Inc.
  • The Mortar Board National Conference will be held Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio. All chapters are required to send one student delegate. Advisors and additional members are welcome.

An official delegate or chapter advisor who believes that their chapter will face an undue hardship by paying for conference fees or travel costs to the conference may request a conference support grant by completing this application. There is a finite amount of stipends available; there is no guarantee of support. Official delegates are given priority for grant support (some funding may be available for advisors to also attend).

Applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Chapters are advised to submit their application as soon as possible with a priority deadline for full consideration of July 15.

By accepting a grant, the chapter agrees to use it wisely and in full. If the delegate does not attend the conference for any reason, they must return the grant in its entirety to Mortar Board on or before October 1.
