I understand that if this event is cancelled due to weather and/or I am unable to unattend, my registration fee(s) will not be refunded and will be considered a charitable donation. I acknowledge that any activity deemed unsafe by event staff or organizers may be stopped, and I agree to comply with such decisions. I further agree to hold all organizers, the meet facility and surrounding properties, as well as all workers and volunteers, harmless from any and all liability for illness, personal injury, and/or property damage that may arise from or be connected to my or my dependent child's participation in this event.
