I understand that having the cat spayed or neutered is a requirement. If the cat is not spayed or neutered prior to the adoption, proof of the spay and neuter surgery must be provided by 6 months of age or within 2 months of adoption.

I understand that animal abuse will not be tolerated and is a crime. I agree to provide a safe home for the cat and will not physically harm or neglect the cat in any way.
