Guest Appearance Fee: There is a $50 non refundable deposit required to secure your spot as a guest on Evolve Flow Express. This deposit is due after your application has been reviewed and approved and an intro call has been completed. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled recording date. The $50 deposit is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled date at the discretion of the host.
Promotion & Media Release Agreement:
By submitting this form you grant Evolve Flow Express and its host full permission to record film photograph and use your name image likeness and voice in connection with your guest appearance on the podcast. This includes but is not limited to the full episode clips highlights and promotional content shared across YouTube Spotify TikTok Instagram Facebook and any other platforms associated with Evolve Flow Express.
Upon release of your episode you are also required to share or collab the episode across your own social media platforms to maximize reach and visibility for both parties.
This agreement is entered into voluntarily and you confirm that you have the right to grant these permissions without conflict with any existing agreements or obligations. 🙏🏾
