Rental Policy
- Private event rentals are available in three (3) hour intervals.
- Each reserved area requires a minimum rental of three (3) hours.
- Rental rates vary depending on timing and area(s) of booking.
- Rental rates cover the event space only and includes security.
- Catering is offered for an additonal charge depending on headcount (food only). All beverages are required to be purchased separetly for the bar.
- We can provide a DJ for an additional fee (depending on areas), or you may provide your own.
- You must specify whether your event will be 18+ or 21+.
- For 18+ events, all attendees must exit the venue at the conclusion of the private event and re-enter through the standard admission line for proper ID verification.
- For 21+ events, attendees may remain in the venue after the private event without exiting and re-entering.
- 5 Points Social reserves the right to deny any event request, without discrimination, if we determine that we cannot safely or properly accommodate the event.
Payments
- A $500.00/per area non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
- You will receive an invoice via Stripe shortly after booking to make payments. Payments can also be made in-person/on-site. If we do not receive your payments by the applicable due date, your reservation will be cancelled.
Guest Requirements
- All event attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend private events.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older, with valid ID, to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
- Outside alcohol, beverages, coolers, or containers are strictly prohibited.
- All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Fighting, harassment, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, property damage, or any other disruptive or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises or early termination of the event.
5 Points Social reserves the right to end an event early if the booking party or any of its guests violates these requirements. In such an event, the booking party will forfeit all payments made and will not be entitled to a refund. By clicking Submit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
