Rental Policy
- Private event rentals are available in three (3) hour intervals.
- Each reserved area requires a minimum rental of three (3) hours.
- Rental rates are $500.00 per hour/per area, unless otherwise specified.
- Rental rates cover the event space only. Catering is offered for an additonal charge of $250.00 (food only). All beverages are required to be purchased separetly for the bar.
- We can provide a DJ for an additional $350.00, or you may provide your own.
- You must specify whether your event will be 18+ or 21+.
- For 18+ events, all attendees must exit the venue at the conclusion of the private event and re-enter through the standard admission line for proper ID verification.
- For 21+ events, attendees may remain in the venue after the private event without exiting and re-entering.
- Station 90 will not be accessible during your event. Guests in Station 90 will not have access to your reserved area(s) during of your event.
- 5 Points Social reserves the right to deny any event request, without discrimination, if we determine that we cannot safely or properly accommodate the event.
Payments
- A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due not later than 48 hours prior to the event.
- You will receive an invoice via Stripe shortly after booking to make payments. Payments can also be made in-person/on-site. If we do not receive your payment by the applicable due date, your reservation will be cancelled.
- EACH PERSON BOOKING AN EVENT WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE INVOICE. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID INDIVIDUALLY.
Guest Requirements
- All event attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend private events.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older, with valid ID, to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
- Outside alcohol, beverages, coolers, or containers are strictly prohibited.
- All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Fighting, harassment, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, property damage, or any other disruptive or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises or early termination of the event.
5 Points Social reserves the right to end an event early if the booking party or any of its guests violates these requirements. In such an event, the booking party will forfeit all payments made and will not be entitled to a refund. By clicking Submit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
